TERMS OF SERVICE

General
⬩ Submitting a commission form means you are accepting my TOS
⬩ Please, do not fill out the forms if you're not going to proceed when you are accepted.
⬩ Do not sell/alter my work without consulting me first.
⬩ I have the right to decline, cancel, stop working on the commission depending on the difficulty, workload or if I feel disrespected while working on the project.
⬩ I have the rights to post the work on my portoflio or Twitter. I can post it after your debut as long as you mention/we talk about it. If the work must be hidden for more than 6 months, additional payment is required.
⬩ Replies might be slow depending on your timezone.
⬩ Submit a commission form if you want to proceed.
⬩ For custom order, please message me or write it down on the form first.
⬩ Please be patient as I am a person with school and a job. I like working at my own pace, please do not rush me unless it is a RUSH commission.Payment
⬩ All payments must be made in USD$
⬩ I require 100% payment upfront before I start the commission.
⬩ Orders above 300$ can be paid 50% upfront and the remaining 50% can be paid before the delivery of the work.**
⬩ Accepting payments via PayPal, Ko-Fi and GCash
⬩ No FULL refund. I will be providing 70% refund before commission starts and 30% after the commission was started.
⬩ Filing a dispute is not allowed unless I'm unreachable for a week.
⬩ Downgrading a package for a partial refund is not allowed.Process and Delivery
⬩ Client's project will be started once it's their turn. Update will be given depending on the current progress but can be requested anytime.
⬩ Delivery will depend on the agreed deadlines. Normally, it requires atleast 4 weeks at minimum to 7 months depending on the complexity, workload and your revisions.
⬩ The ETA can stretch more depending on my health and availability to do the work. Expect some delays in advance. It is best to set an advanced deadline and it will be discussed privately if I am able to deliver on the said deadline.
⬩ Unlimited revisions is provided upon finalizing the base design. Revisions after finalizing the design will be charged.
⬩ Files will be sent via .PNG(static) .MP4 and .WEBM(animated) .PSD (when PSD's purchased)Others

⬩ As I mentioned above, commission takes awhile for me due to lack of creativity recently. I try my best to put out best ideas as possible.
